I cant remember when you were'nt there,

改变自己
Yes! New year is coming! I want to 改变自己 already! Must 改变自己 for the better.. Improve as a person.
This few days have not been really well..Not yet recover from gastric flu.
All day lao sai lao sai..lao buay teng..lao until my legs go weak..haiy..
Went to see the doctor again yesterday..hope this time will recover..I am sick of this sickness!!!!!!!
Din't get to exercise for a week..feeling very weird.
